Countryside Real Estate Info
Homes and real estate in Countryside Golf & Country Club consist of two types of membership plans relating to Countryside’s golf course. These are bundled with various properties within the community. Both memberships include the use and enjoyment of Countryside’s many facilities and events.
Of the 1,133 residential units in Countryside, 221 are detached single family homes spread across the western portion of the community. These mid-sized homes have pools with covered lanai areas, forward facing garages, and views of the woods, fairways, and water features of Countryside. The homes are an understated and classic mix of old and new, with minimal-traditional details and expansive, bright interiors including clerestory windows, luxury bathrooms, and open-plan living areas.
Countryside’s attached, multi-unit residences are spread through the interior of the community, overlooking the water features and fairways of the lush golf course. Each of these mini-communities has its own amenity center, with pools, tennis courts, and clubhouses. These communities are also overseen by local HOAs, falling under the Master Association which governs countryside as a whole.
About the Community of Countryside
Countryside Golf & Country Club is located 10-15 minutes east of Naples, Florida, not to be confused with Countryside Country Club, which is a residential golf community near Clearwater and Tampa to the north.
The borders of Countryside Golf & Country Club are marked by Radio Road to the north, Davis Boulevard to the south, Santa Barbara Boulevard to the east, and Glen Eagle Golf & Country Club to the west.
Countryside has two main entrances for residents, the main one being at the north end of the community on Radio Road. Taking Countryside Drive puts you on the main route through Countryside, which winds its way south towards the other entrance on David Boulevard across from the Falling Waters community.
Countryside itself covers an area of approximately 0.5 miles wide and 1 mile from north to south. Neighboring communities include Glen Eagle to the west, Villas of Capri Apartments to the east, Falling Waters to the south, and Berkshire Lakes to the north.
The I-75 Highway runs by Countryside to the northeast, coming down from Fort Myers, before turning east towards Fort Lauderdale.
Countryside, FL Amenities
Countryside has many amenities and attractions to offer residents and visitors alike. For material requirements, there is a shopping area at the northeastern corner of Countryside, on the intersection of Radio Road and Santa Barbara Boulevard. This complex includes a Publix Super Market, banks, a gas station, and various restaurants.
Naples Airport is a relatively short distance west, as is Naples itself, with its exciting and historic downtown area, featuring many unique stores, restaurants, and entertainment opportunities. Beyond that is Naples Beach on the Gulf Coast, characterized by miles of sparkling white sand beaches and azure blue water.
The communities around Countryside have many amenities of their own which can be used by visitors. These include the ever-abundant golf courses with clubhouses that house fitness centers, event venues, and restaurants.
A short distance east, the residential suburbs of Naples give way to the vast wilderness of southern Florida, including the Picayune State Forest, Florida Panther National Wildlife Preserve, and the Fakahatchee Strand State Preserve.
And of course, Countryside has its own attractions, not least of which is the par 70 golf course designed by Arthur Hills. In addition to the golf course, the clubhouse hosts activities and events year round, as well as having facilities for various sports and club activities like yoga, spin classes, and golf classes.
